Role Overview

The Tech Lead is the technical architect of Avertis Digital, responsible for building and scaling digital products, platforms, and infrastructure. You lead engineering teams and drive technical innovation across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development for Avertis' digital platforms.
• Build and manage engineering teams (in-house and contractors).
• Define technical architecture and technology stack.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of all systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or CTO.
• Strong full-stack development skills (React, Node.js, cloud infrastructure).
• Experience building fintech or SaaS products.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
