Role Overview

The General Counsel is the legal guardian of Avertis Group, ensuring compliance across asset management, capital raising, and corporate operations. You protect the firm from regulatory and legal risks while enabling strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance (FINMA, DFSA, SEC).
• Draft and negotiate fund documents, LPAs, and investment agreements.
• Manage corporate governance and board matters.
• Advise on cross-border structuring and tax optimization.
• Handle disputes, litigation, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Law degree with bar admission in Switzerland, UAE, or equivalent.
• Experience in asset management, private equity, or financial services law.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss and international financial regulations.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
