What this role offers you
The COO is the execution architect of Avertis Group, responsible for building scalable systems, operational efficiency, and cross-division alignment. You ensure the daily machine runs smoothly while delivering on critical milestones. This is a unique opportunity to shape the operational foundation of a rapidly growing global asset management firm.
Key Responsibilities
- •Translate strategic goals into operational plans and processes across all business units
- •Establish group-wide systems for reporting, HR, compliance, and finance
- •Drive quarterly OKRs across all business units and ensure accountability
- •Manage cross-border operations (Switzerland, Spain, Dubai) with regulatory compliance
- •Ensure accountability and speed in execution while maintaining quality standards
- •Build and lead high-performing operational teams across multiple geographies
- •Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
What you bring
- •10+ years of experience scaling startups, asset management firms, or PE firms
- •Proven track record in operational excellence and process optimization
- •Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- •Experience with international operations and regulatory environments
- •Excellent communication skills in English; German or Arabic is a plus
- •Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mentality
- •MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Team: Executive Leadership
Location: Zurich, Switzerland (with travel to Dubai and other offices)
Work arrangement: Hybrid (3-4 days in office)
