Role Overview

The CFO is the financial architect of Avertis Capital Management (APCM), responsible for fund accounting, regulatory compliance, and investor reporting. You ensure financial integrity and transparency across all investment vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting, NAV calculations, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss FINMA regulations and international standards.
• Manage relationships with auditors, administrators, and custodians.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for investors.
• Build scalable financial systems for fund operations.

Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial qualification.
• Experience in asset management, hedge funds, or private equity.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
