Role Overview
We're seeking a high-energy Appointment Setter to help us expand our investor base for APCM.
You'll play a vital role in the top of our sales funnel by identifying, engaging, and booking qualified investor calls with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), and institutional investors interested in managed trading accounts or private capital opportunities.
Your success will directly impact Avertis Group's growth and you'll be compensated generously for every qualified call that converts into an investor conversation.
Key Responsibilities
- •Reach out to potential HNWI, UHNWI, and institutional investors through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
- •Qualify leads based on investment interest, minimum capital thresholds, and alignment with APCM's investment model.
- •Schedule high-quality consultation calls between qualified investors and the Managing Director or Investor Relations team.
- •Manage outreach CRM (Apollo, HubSpot, or Notion) and maintain up-to-date lead records.
- •Follow up professionally to ensure booked calls show up and convert.
- •Participate in brief weekly alignment calls to optimize scripts, funnels, and performance.
Compensation Structure
- •Commission-Only: Earn up to 25% per booked and qualified investor call.
- •Additional performance bonuses for confirmed investors or high-value capital commitments.
- •No income cap — performance determines payout.
- •Clear tiered reward system (details provided upon onboarding).
Ideal Candidate
- •Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or investor relations.
- •Confident in outreach through LinkedIn, email, and business communication tools.
- •Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- •Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.
- •Interest in finance, trading, or asset management – or willingness to learn quickly.
