Role Overview

Avertis Group is seeking a Capital Introduction & Investor Outreach Associate to support investor origination efforts for APCM.

This is a strictly commission-based, performance-driven role focused on the identification, qualification, and professional introduction of suitable capital partners, including Single-Family Offices (SFOs), Multi-Family Offices (MFOs), HNWIs, UHNWIs, and institutional allocators.

The Associate operates as a front-line extension of Investor Relations, ensuring that only qualified, mandate-aligned investors are introduced to senior management.

This is not a sales role, not a closing role, and not suitable for candidates seeking base compensation, guarantees, or fixed retainers. Compensation is earned exclusively through results.

Key Responsibilities

• •Initiate and manage outbound investor outreach to qualified capital sources via professional, permission-based channels (LinkedIn, email, curated databases).
• •Conduct structured pre-qualification based on investor classification, capital capacity, investment mandate, and strategic fit with APCM.
• •Introduce only pre-qualified investors to senior leadership and the Investor Relations team.
• •Coordinate and schedule introductory discussions and ensure investor preparedness.
• •Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date investor records within approved CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Notion).
• •Execute disciplined follow-up to ensure continuity, professionalism, and attendance.
• •Continuously refine targeting, qualification criteria, and outreach efficiency based on performance reviews.

Compensation Framework (Commission-Only)

Candidate Profile

• •Proven experience in capital introduction, investor outreach, investor relations support, or high-level B2B relationship development.
• •Familiarity with family offices, institutional allocators, or alternative investment strategies is strongly preferred.
• •Comfortable working 100% performance-based with delayed but asymmetric upside.
• •Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• •High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• •Able to operate independently within an institutional, regulated environment.
